Returns

How do I return an item?

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you are welcome to return any unopened product(s) within 90 days of purchase.

Returned product(s) must be shipped at your own cost and we require that you use a traceable method of shipping. Lost return shipments will not be refunded.

In order to send you the full return instructions, we need the original order number(s) and a list of all items being returned per order number.

Exception/Non Returnable

If you have already taken the item(s) out of the original packaging and / or opened them, a return and refund is excluded. The item(s) must be resalable.

Exchange Policy

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, your item(s) can be exchange if they are incorrectly sent, or are defective, if you notify within 3 months after the date of purchase. Your item(s) will be exchanged as soon as we have received them (and within 14 days at the latest).

If an exchange is not feasible, you may receive a credit for the amount of the exchange products, which may be used to purchase other Products, or a full refund of the purchase price.
